How does credit-based pricing work?
Every screening spends credits. Quick scans cost 1 credit, Standard scans cost 3, and Deep scans (with public-record + network lookups) cost 10. Mix and match — Quick for top-of-funnel triage, Deep for finalists. 100 credits gets you 100 Quick scans, ~33 Standard scans, or 10 Deep scans.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Starter, screenings pause until you upgrade or buy a credit pack. On Team, your monthly allocation refills on your billing date and you can buy top-up packs anytime. On Enterprise, we true up monthly against your contracted volume.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Team plan credits roll over month to month and never expire. Credit packs purchased à la carte never expire either.
What is the network signal?
An opt-in shared intelligence layer available on every plan. When you enable it, anonymized one-way fingerprints tell you if a candidate's email, phone, device, or resume has appeared at another company. We never share PII — other companies see 'match' or 'no match,' never who.
Can I try before I commit?
Yes. The Starter plan gives you 100 credits with no credit card required. That's enough for 100 Quick scans, 33 Standard scans, or 10 Deep scans — plenty to evaluate the product on real candidates.
How does the API work?
POST a candidate to our REST API and get a decision brief back in under 200ms. API access is included on Team and Enterprise; manage keys from your dashboard. Each API call spends credits at the same rates as a UI scan.
What file formats do you support?
PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, and plain text. We auto-extract name, email, phone, LinkedIn, and GitHub from the resume content.
